Case: Zusss – Turning real women into long‑term brand ambassadors and making them part of the brand

The problem

How do you bring more realness, emotion and authenticity into a loved, fast-growing brand like Zusss. Not with another campaign, but by activating real women who perfectly fit the target group as long-term brand ambassadors.

Our solution

Together with Zusss, we shifted the focus from “talking about” the brand to “living the brand” through a carefully curated ambassador community. We selected women who naturally embody the Zusss lifestyle and values, and invited them not just to wear the brand, but to co-create it over time.

 

On the basis of an activation plan, these ambassadors received clear roles, formats and touchpoints: from authentic, self-shot content and small co-creation moments to live meet-ups and product feedback loops. Step by step, they become recognisable faces of the brand in line with the existing look & feel, but with a more human and authentic layaer added. 

House of Treats took care of the activation concept, selection, onboarding and continuous activation of this community, while Zusss integrated their stories and content into its own channels and campaigns. This created a constant flow of authentic stories and visuals that stayed close to the brand, but felt much more human and relatable.

 

The result

More emotional depth and authenticity in the Zusss brand world, a group of long-term ambassadors who really carry the brand, and an ongoing stream of content and insights that strengthen both brand love and commercial results.
