Denise is a vibrant and curious young lady of 33, living in Amsterdam Noord with her partner Joppe. As a Senior Project Manager at DEPT®, she combines her marketing and communication expertise with strong project management skills in a dynamic, creative environment. Her friends describe her as genuinely interested in others and devoted to self-development, constantly in motion and eager to embrace new goals. Self-reflection is a central part of her life—Denise actively seeks opportunities for growth and enjoys challenging herself to become the best version of herself.
Running is Denise’s greatest passion; last year, she ran her first ultramarathon, which marked an enormous milestone and highlighted her perseverance. She loves discovering new places and experiences, especially while traveling in her camper. The eight months she spent journeying through Europe with her partner gave her a fresh perspective on happiness and what truly matters. Denise realized that she needs very little to feel fulfilled—a book in her hand, sunlight on her face, and the charm of an unknown town are enough to make her feel completely at home.
Denise finds inspiration in people who embrace authenticity and dare to follow their own path. The most transformative moment in her life came when she chose to prioritize what she values most, letting go of external expectations and the urge to please others. Now, her bucket list includes a camper trip through Scandinavia, a longer hiking vacation, and running an ultramarathon in the mountains—each new challenge reflecting her thirst for growth, adventure, and self-discovery.
