Amsterdam based Chiara Romana de Kock, works as a commercial model, flight attendant, and also provides support at a law firm. Her friends often joke that she lives five lives in one. They describe her as hardworking, caring, loyal, and devoted.
In her free time, Chiara loves spending time with friends. They often combine a reformer Pilates class with coffee or a walk through the Vondelpark — the perfect mix of exercise, catching up, and getting their steps in. She also finds complete peace with her horse; the daily care and chores clear her mind entirely.
One of Chiaras proudest accomplishments is buying and renovating her new home. After years of viewings, setbacks, and persistence, she knew this was the right place — “it felt like it was meant to be,” Chiara says.
Her biggest passion is to make the most of life and to be happy. Since turning 30, she has become much more intentional about surrounding herself with people and activities that truly give her energy. Chiara really values the balance between work, time with family and friends, and the small everyday moments of joy.
The biggest inspiration for Chiara are her parents. After nearly 40 years together, their love is still something special — “when a Barry White song plays, they’re the first to start dancing.” Her mother has always had a unique role in her family, and the life lessons from her father are ones she carries with her every day.
The moments that shaped Chiara the most weren’t the challenges themselves, but the strength she found in getting back up afterwards. That resilience has helped her to become the woman she is today.
"I don’t really keep a bucket list, but I do want to keep discovering the world — something my job as a flight attendant luckily makes possible."
For Chiara, life is about balance and purpose. Work provides a good source of energy, but so do the people that she loves and the passions that keep her grounded.
